Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and components intact. Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for safely sending your item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure secure delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll work with you promptly to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
